Why do my Facebook accounts getting flagged?

My new accounts getting flagged even when I use proxies, I log in with clean proxies and try not to run too many accounts, but they still restricted or disabled after a short time. Is it because of the way I warm them up, or Meta detect something beyond proxies?

It's not only about the proxy facebook may flag you for small signal or anything makes your account don't look natural, the clean ips and good setup (using anti-detect browsers to separate accounts) requires also a good and more organic warmup , how you do that is what matters after creating the account successfully

first one..are this accounts verified ...or they are just phone verified?

It’s likely more than just proxies.
Meta tracks fingerprints, behavior, and patterns - not just IP. If warm-up is too fast or unnatural, accounts get flagged.
Go slow, act like a real user, and keep IP/device consistent.

It's possible that Meta has detected your product as violating policy
