As someone new, targeting the right audience is the most difficult part. But I believe that after running some ads, it will become easier.

I launched an ad a few hours ago with a low budget, following the setup steps. It’s still under review, so now I’m just waiting to see what happens

To run FB ads, you need:
Have an advertising account in Ads Manager/Business Manager.
Add a payment method (card/PayPal).
Link Fanpage or IG.
Have Admin rights to account + fanpage.
Do not violate policies (check in Account Quality).
Then go to Ads Manager → Create campaign → Select target → Set budget, audience, location → Post ads.
