I have faced this too. I just filled DMCA complaints and reported this sites to their hosting providers. A takedown service can really help if it keeps happening.

Actually, they are not phishing. They are just taking advantage of your brand name, stealing your brand traffic, and then selling it as cross-brand. But yeap, complaint to the hosting provider is the most effective
that’s rough. first step is reporting them to their hosting provider or domain registrar, you can usually find that info on whois.
you can also file DMCA complaints if they’re copying your content or branding.
might help to set up brand monitoring alerts too, so you catch new ones faster.

You can start by reporting those phishing sites to their hosting providers and domain registrars most have abuse contact forms.Also, submit reports to Google Safe Browsing and other browser security teams so they get flagged.If the problem is serious, you might also want to hire a professional DMCA/takedown service to handle multiple reports at scale.

You might want to contact Bolster I think their name is. Why oh why more webmasters dont know about such AI takedown mass dark web and clear web etc etc i dont know but search that. Should solve your/ alot of peoples problems. They have pre negotiated contracts with ISP's that enable them to takedown in super impressive times. But its kinda pricey though. If you want something, cheaper you can search open source apis for takedowns etc etc just GOOGLE bro lol.

- DMCA – File complaints with Google and hosting providers. Works if the site is on a US/EU host, but less effective in Asia.
- Registrar/Hosting complaints – Report the domain directly to the registrar or host for trademark infringement.
- Local services – In SEA, there are brand protection agencies with high-level connections that can remove phishing sites much faster.
- DDoS / blocking – Some operators go this route as a last resort to knock phishing sites offline. It’s aggressive and not my first recommendation, but I’ve seen it used in the region.

You can hire an anti phishing service for faster result. Always try to warn your customers through your official channels so they don’t fall victim.
