https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/looking-for-aws-account.1742651/post-19669429
I found him based on this post, he said he was selling AWS account
Then I contacted him through the TG in his signature.
On TG, I asked him to send me a private message on BHW to prove that he was selling me an AWS account.

Please describe the reason for this Dispute in detail.
After I paid 320$ (USDT via TRC20), he blocked me directly

Do you feel you've done everything you can on your side to resolve this issue with the accused? Yes

What steps have you taken to try to resolve this issue with the accused? Be as detailed as possible.
1. I contacted him using another TG account, hoping he would return the fraudulent funds. He replied, accusing me of slander and threatening to report me to the moderators.

2. I sent him a private message, but he didn't respond.

What kind of outcome are you hoping for from this Dispute?
If can help me recover my losses, that would be great.
Otherwise, I hope he never be able to defraud others on BHW (ban account)

Please upload any photo, video, or document files that support your case or serve as evidence.

Did you upload proof that a transaction took place? Yes

Did you upload proof of there being a problem? Yes

Is there any other information you would like to give about your dispute?
He blocked me on TG (and cleared all chat history), so I couldn't capture screenshots of the TG chats.

However, on TG, I asked him to private message me through BHW to verify the authenticity of his BHW account and that he was selling me an AWS account. He did.

In my reply, I included the product name, price, and his TRC20 beneficiary address.

I paid USDT after I replied to his private message (as shown on tronscan, my payment was made at 2025-08-15 10:10:09 (UTC), and my reply to his private message on BHW was at 2025-08-15 10:08).

Yes, I have provided all evidence.
No, there is missing evidence but I've explained in the form.

Moderator and members, I want to respond clearly to the accusations here. First, the private message I sent on BHW was only to confirm communication, not to finalize or guarantee any deal. The claimant assumes that this equals a contract, but that’s not how it works. Second, regarding the $320 USDT payment, there is no solid evidence that the wallet address he used actually belongs to me. A blockchain link only shows that money moved between two addresses, not that one of them is mine. Without direct and undeniable proof that I control that wallet, the claim simply doesn’t connect me to the transaction. Third, the claimant himself admits that most of the Telegram conversation was deleted, and he does not have screenshots of the key parts where an agreement or promise of delivery would have been made. That means there is no complete record of what was actually said, only his version of events. Fourth, he says I blocked him, but again, there is no screenshot to confirm this. And while he claims he waited, the 48-hour dispute process was not properly respected before opening this thread.

Now, why would he accuse me without strong evidence? The answer seems clear: because he made a risky transaction using cryptocurrency, which by nature cannot be reversed, and now that he regrets his decision or lost money elsewhere, he is looking for someone to blame in order to recover his loss. Instead of accepting responsibility for using a payment method with no buyer protection, he is trying to shift that responsibility onto me. This is not a fair use of the Dispute system, it is an attempt to use the moderators as leverage to undo his own mistake.

Finally, this complaint is focused more on getting me banned than on actually resolving a real issue. According to the rules, if the focus shifts from resolution to punishment, the dispute should not be valid. For all these reasons, lack of solid proof, missing evidence, and the claimant’s own motives, the accusations against me do not stand.

Respectfully,
dondondon5

Your entire defense collapses under its own contradictions. Here’s why:

1.BHW PM was not “just communication.”
You claim the private message on BHW didn’t finalize a deal. But in that DM, I confirmed the TG address you gave me " t.me/leavedomdom ", and that’s exactly where the transaction continued. This wasn’t some random impersonator; it was your official contact link in your signature.

2.The $320 wallet address did come from you.
You argue there’s no proof the wallet belongs to you. But that address was given to me in TG chat. True, when you blocked me you also cleared the chat, so that single message is gone. However, I confirmed the product, the price, and the recipient address again in BHW DM at 10:08 UTC, and at 10:10:09 UTC, just two minutes later, I completed the payment.
If you hadn’t given me that address, it would have been impossible to confirm and pay in just two minutes. The “missing record” exists only because you blocked and wiped the chat.

3.You were online but silent.
After I confirmed and paid, you were online but gave no reply. If this were a misunderstanding, you could have clarified right then. Silence at that moment says everything.

4.Proof of blocking.
You deny blocking me, but I have a screenshot clearly showing that I was blocked by the account I contacted through your signature link. Right after this, you removed your signature from BHW. Innocent people don’t rush to delete evidence, guilty people do.

5.The 48-hour claim is false.
You say I didn’t respect the 48hours dispute process. In reality, I kept trying to contact you during that period, but you cut off all communication by blocking me. You are the one who prevented dialogue.

6.Your shifting stories expose you.
When I contacted you from another TG account, you said it was a “similar username” that scammed me. Later, you admitted it was your TG account but claimed you blocked me because I “cursed” you. Which is it? You can’t have it both ways. Your excuses change depending on what’s convenient in the moment.

Conclusion

This isn’t about “buyer’s remorse” or blaming crypto risk. If that were the case, why would I single out you, out of all sellers? Because the evidence chain is clear and unbroken:
BHW PM → your signature TG → confirmation → payment two minutes later → no response while online → block → deleted signature.

That entire chain points directly to you.
$320 is nothing to me, but your BHW account and reputation are everything. And that is what you’re about to lose for scamming.

My demands are very clear.

My first priority is to recover the money I lost.
My second priority is to request that your account be banned, so you cannot scam anyone else again.

By persistently denying, nitpicking, and obscuring the facts, you’ve made it clear the core remedy: returning the $320 is not going to happen.

To be clear: even if I recover the $320, I will donate it and provide proof of donation. That is why I have absolutely no reason to falsely accuse you.

I don’t know if you already regret what you did. Maybe you thought that because I was a new member on this forum, even if I got scammed, I wouldn’t have any effective way to defend myself — which is why you felt bold enough to block me right after I paid. I even noticed that the wallet you gave me shows other transactions, which makes me wonder if you’ve scammed others before and got away with it. Perhaps that lack of punishment is what made you so reckless this time. But I will not compromise with someone like you.

Yes, as a newly registered member, at first I didn’t fully understand BHW’s rules and therefore couldn’t file an effective complaint. But once I learned the rules, I found the proper channel to make my case.

Moderator and members, I want to make my position clear. The accusations against me are based almost entirely on assumptions and missing information. The claimant admits that the most important evidence, the Telegram chat where a wallet address was allegedly given, no longer exists because it was deleted. Without that, there is no verifiable proof that I ever provided an address or received funds. A blockchain link alone only shows that money was transferred between two wallets; it does not prove that one of those wallets belongs to me.

The private message I sent on BHW was only to confirm communication, not to finalize a deal. It is being misrepresented as a contract. The claim that my forum signature or its removal somehow proves guilt is also not valid. Users change their signatures all the time for many reasons, and it cannot be treated as evidence of wrongdoing.

The claimant also says I blocked him on Telegram, but again, no screenshot has been presented to confirm this. Every critical part of his case depends on things that he cannot actually shot, the wallet address, the block, and the supposed agreement. In a dispute process, what matters is verifiable evidence, not speculation.

Finally, it is clear that the focus here is not only on recovering funds but also on banning my account. According to the rules, if the main goal of a dispute shifts to punishment rather than resolution, it should not stand.

For these reasons, lack of concrete proof, missing evidence, and reliance on assumptions, the accusations against me cannot be upheld.

Respectfully,

Accuse me of that one more time and I'll close this dispute.
Dear moderator, I apologize but I really have nothing to do with this issue. I am trying to defend myself and I am a former member. Please understand me.

You won't need to apologize if you don't accuse me of trying to ban you when all I'm trying to do is to settle a dispute.

Also, if you continue to sell via DM, I'll have to act in accordance with the rules.

Okay, that's all I have to say. There's no screenshot proving the person sent me money. He might have sent it to someone else, gotten the victim, and then tried to get it back from someone else. I have no idea. That's all I have to say.

First, you said it was a “similar username” who scammed me (which means you were denying ownership of the TG account.)
Then, you changed your story and said you blocked me because I “cursed” you ( which is actually admitting ownership of the TG account.)
Now, you claim you never blocked me at all.
Yet my screenshot clearly shows “last seen a long time ago”, which anyone who uses TG knows means I was blocked. And the username on that screenshot is @LeaveDomdom.

So which is it? Your shifting excuses directly contradict each other, first denying the account, then admitting it, then denying the block. The more you talk, the more your lies collapse on themselves.

The username in the TG is the exact same username in the signature I removed.

@dondondon5 Just to clarify a couple of things. We don't need to clarify them but in the interest of clarity and transparency here, I'm going to do so.

Your repeated claims of there not being any strong evidence are demonstrably false. BHW has a rigorous procedure that all accusers have to adhere to before a dispute is approved. NO dispute is approved without strong evidence and as such, you can rest assured that is the case here.

Secondly, we operate a zero tolerance policy as relates to staff abuse on here, and that includes accusations of bias during the moderation of a dispute. My suggestion to you would be stop concerning yourself with the job that an experienced and knowledgeable staff member is doing (he has moderated hundreds of disputes, he knows what he's doing), stop stalling for time, and resolve this dispute.

I repeat, I have not had any business with this person, what can I do?

Your signature linked to the TG account that scammed.

Your DM with them indicated you had a business deal.

Come on, do the right thing and refund this person.

There is no evidence that this tg account traded with him. He may have traded with someone with a similar username.
If I had received payment I would have refunded it, but there is no money to refund.
