PayPal Friends & Family Limits?

I have a PayPal Business account, but I’m looking for an additional backup method to receive payments via Friends & Family for my packs priced at $14.99, $39.99, $59.99, and $79.99.
Does anyone know if there’s a limit for receiving payments this way? Has anyone had experience with this? I’d appreciate any advice.

don't think so we receive more than 30k monthly per account without any problems

it really depends on account quality and how long has it been working for. it's best to gradually build it up. don't suddenly increase the limit

There is no such fixed limits with your paypal account. Just put around $1k-$2k a month in small payments. you are good to go

So y'all saying that I can receive 1k per month without any issue and the activity don't should look like an activity? I'll try to receive like 500 USD and will keep you all updated.

Friends & Family isn’t meant for commercial use, so frequent payments can trigger account reviews or limits. While there’s no fixed cap, higher or repeated amounts raise risk, so it’s better to diversify with other payment methods.

We want to use stipe and paypal for friends and family. The main payment gateway will be stripe. For small amount we will use paypal.

No, it’s not a good idea to take Friends & Family for something you’re selling. PayPal can limit your account if they catch it.

If you use friends&family for comercial = you account was restricted

So you need to use multiple accounts or change type your incoming payments

There are no specified limits. But they'll shut you down if you receive business income on that. I think they do send a reminder to upgrade to business account first.
They'll easily pick up the pattern in your case because you'll be receiving similar amounts regularly. No friends and family transactions are like that.

That's what I thought! But I saw a friend of mine receiving money as friends and family without any issue, he gte up to 3k month without any limitation. Is he just lucky? lol

We use a foreign PP account linked to a wise bank account to lower forex fees, the account only receives money from our main account, we put tens of thousands of Euros through it per month, all F&F from the main account. We've been doing it for years without issue.

Both are business accounts.

There are no fixed limits on PayPal just make sure to not do anything illegal
