This whole thread is a joke.
There were SO MANY warning signs at the beginning why
it should never have been per sued further.
You get what you pay for is so obvious and you should not
be wasting anymore time on this, cuz you are then still paying
in time wasted on this crap.

I am sure when you created the PP account, you were going to use it, or you wouldnt have created..
Somethings not right with it.
My thoughts on it is, if huggablem did indeed pay you and wasnt happy with the service, then you need to refund him.
If you refuse to offer the refund, then he has 2 options
take the loss
or
If he feels he has to, then he needs to file a dispute to paypal.
If he didnt pay you, then I guess you have to take the loss for your work. But in your OP, you said you got paid for a web template, but then in the 2nd sentence you said it took you 2 hrs to make? So did you sell him a premade template or did you make the template and sell it?
To many stories arent adding up, and sorry to say, its all pointing in your direction in my opinion in it.

In Private messages we were talking about that im going to make him a full new website, but in messenger he said that i make him a website template and after i have sent it to him he will give me a payment.
I sent that template for hugg, but newer reveiced payment.
This crap is enough for me

You can post screenshots of a brand new Paypal account (Anyone can post a screenshot of an empty paypal account. Hell, I can post 9 or 10. I'm sure everyone in this forum has more than one paypal.) but you can't post screenshots of the conversation logs?

That screenshot even shows Gmail open in another tab with one of those "Payment has been sent" emails.
I know that my opinion doesn't matter, but if Gromered isn't at the very least stripped of his Jr. VIP status, if not outright banned, for this then I'll seriously lose a lot of respect for the powers-that-be around here.
1) He didn't deliver on an agreement as promised.
2) He lied about getting paid.
3) He started a thread bashing huggableM even though he was clearly in the wrong.
I'm sure that if I went back over the details I could find a couple of other shady things he did or said but the fact is that this guy tried to run a little scheme here and it totally backfired in his face.

1. Gromered did n't post any proofs, except fake PP screenshot. We consider it has fake because, it seems to be new, as he did n't confirm his email address.
2. In another thread, he mentioned, he has $3.46 in his PP account. here he says he did n't use this account for one year.
Both the statements are different.
So as per shitlist rules, necessary action will be taken against Gromered. I am keeping this thread open for gromered, if anything he needs to convey here.

FIFTY DOLLARS?! I don't give a shit if he scammed you or not, I make that much an hour MINIMUM doing freelance web design. For a WHOLE SITE?! You get what you pay for. Not defending either one of you but if your gonna have a site done for $50, then, ya know, it's gonna suck. Just my 2 cents.
