Registered domain name which has never been in use

Hey guys ! There are a couple of domain names that i want , which have been registered but go to a deadlink, total deadlink

ICANN brings up:

• Nameservers:
  X

Dates

• Registry Expiration: 2025-12-11 21:32:45 UTC
• Updated: 2025-06-03 16:51:57 UTC
• Created: 2003-12-11 21:32:45 UTC

Anything i can do to take over this?

If that's a single owner holding the domain since 2003, I doubt you'll get it just waiting for it to expire.
Maybe they're just domain squatting, hoping someone will make them a good offer.

Choose different domains or contact the owners and see if they are interested in selling.

Like @NirvanaWolf said, they are holding that domain for a purpose and I bet it is for someone to make them offers to sell.

Check the domain on godaddy look for marked as premium or whether the domain is listed on marketplace like sedo, afternic if so
Forget that domain you won't get it most of such domains are acquired long term, owned by domain investors, companies if you ready to spend huge money contact them

Your options are to contact the owner via WHOIS, wait for expiration and deletion, or backorder it through a registrar.

But your info doesn't show the domain is on hold or otherwise restricted. So why call it a deallink?
