It looks like the main feature of the plugin is to place the keywords used to find the page at the bottom. You've seen sites where "keywords searched by users finding this page" or something like that is at the bottom with the keys listed and linked.
I've seen this in other plugins available for free. However, it looks like this one may be more intelligent as it supposedly checks your G ranking, and somehow boosts it. I would guess it probably adds tags to the post and maybe adds some internal linking on other pages with proper anchor text.

I think that he means that he was doing you a favour by advising you of the fact that in the BHW rules for downloads, there are certain download sites required to be used, and that a virus scan total should also be provided where necessary etc...
Perhaps you want to consider this, thats all.
Well I have also vBulletin bridge but I don't think so that there should be any conflict..Please try again,,
