I use real passports and that's it. They are verified in 1 minute.

Oh yes. That happens most of the time. When I was doing it 100% White-hat same happened to me. I needed to filled the verification form like 7 times approx. It took 30 mins each and I even did it with ChatGPT's help. Until finally it got verified. My advice in that case is to try several times until confirm. It will if everything is in order and white hat.
