CPA Email Submit offers?

1. I wanted to know which CPA companies offer email submit offers that actually converts well and is easy to get into.
Ive actually been using **************, got hundreds of clicks but zero leads,
Ive tried clickbank, got thousands of clicks with no conversions.
I thought maybe email submits will work better?

2. Secondly, I promote prods on twitter, do i need to fake referrer or anything?
