It's technically possible in very low-competition niches by combining ultra-fast SEO techniques (forced indexing, PBNs, CTR manipulation, optimized content).
But in most cases, promising first-page rankings in 5 minutes is an exaggeration. You should be cautious of marketing that's too good to be true.
