Reply Rate Tanked after I started using automation for instagram outreach

Hey, So im trying to sell a product via Instagram DM Outreach.

When i was doing it manually i sent about 500 DMs somewhere from 75-100 DMs a day every other day. And those days I usually got a 1-2 replies per 100 dms.

And when i automated it, my reply rate tanked. I have sent about a 1000 DMs and i have gotten 2 replies (Not including automated replies)

I properly warmed up the accounts, started from 25 DMs a day and im at 60 per day right now.

Does anyone have idea what couldve happened

Automated DMs often get flagged as spam or filtered, reducing visibility. Manual DMs feel more personal and bypass detection. Try rotating message variations, improve personalization, and slow the send rate.

They probably think you're spam, so you should probably take a break for a while and engage in normal interaction so they realize you're not a bot.

So should i reduce the number back down to 20 ish, and use multiple different messages?

When i first realised there was something wrong, i stopped sending dms for like a week. And i started again after that, but there was no difference, i change the message i use every other day but im realising ill prob need multiple variations working at the same time

Yeah, that drop sounds brutal. IG's been tightening up hard on anything that smells like automation. Maybe the tool you're using leaves a fingerprint or the message timing feels too "robotic"? What software are you running this through right now?

Iv built it myself. Some things iv added to avoid detection:

I save cookies when i login for the first time, so i can login with cookies and do not have to manually login each time

Using different proxies for different accounts

Typing out the message at a human pace, instead of copy pasting

Random delays between different actions

Instagram detects it. If you're doing correctly they leave you alone but lowkey they migjt shadowbann/flag so they're imiting you in a way. I am doing everything on phones and they still send me from time to time automation detect it and I don't touch api at all. It is what it is, this is the game.

Double check and see if the DM's are getting sent. It might be that the software your using is saying the dms are getting sent, but they may not be. Check and see.

I checked the messages are being sent, cause i do get automated replies
