as i said i am going to apply for wise. Need tips on what to avoid to not get rejected.

The actual purpose i am going to use it for exchanging crypto payments of my business into fiat & take direct payment for ORM and social media management services.

Make sure don't use any fake or edited documents unless you ready for being limited in wise or worst case your funds will be stuck if you do that

Yeah obviously not going to use forged documents, i am looking to use it long term.

Also i am an freelancer so should i need an website cause someone told me if you don’t have one your application would be rejected.

I have a business account with Wise.

I do not remember the sign-up process, as it was some time ago, but I didn't need a live site.

I gave them all the standard documents that the business was legitimate (all my revenue comes from the digital world), my personal information and got approved right away.

I have to believe that all these people who lose their Wise accounts, or can't get approved, are doing things that a normal business would not do.

To create a Business account, you need to provide business details for where the funds will originate. Ensure that your documentation, business information, and provided details are accurate. proper then you’ll get approved easily

As a freelancer, please include the payout details from the merchants and platforms where you receive your payments.

I've noticed that Wise has a high rejection rate lately, so it might be better to use an individual account instead. If you don't have registered entity with SOF

Yes, payments received through PayPal invoices are considered a source of funds and must as a source of funds

When applying for Wise, don’t mention crypto directly—they’re strict about it and may reject you. Focus on the fiat side of your business, like ORM and social media services, and keep descriptions clear and professional. Use a clean business domain and avoid linking to anything crypto-related during signup.

Just be honest, provide them with your real documents, don't lie about your personal or corporative information, do not use VPNs

And even more important, slowly warm it up, avoid receiving several transactions right after opening your account, it can raise some red flags
