when posting in WTB/HAF is it ok to reply with quotes of clients that used and reviewed my services?

I ask as I don't see anything related to this in the rulebook

You can respond with content related to the request and a link to your BST if you have one.

If you want to stand out, respond with quality content, not fluff.
