Not sure if you guys saw this.
But seems like Facebook totally shut down the option to Comment on Facebook Ads comment section with DOMAINS. the domains get gray and not clickable anymore...?
Anyone else with same issue? This has reduced my income alot lately...

Yes, I’ve noticed the same. Facebook now shows domains in ad comments as plain gray text — not clickable. This has dropped CTR and affected conversions badly. Some people now use “mysite[dot]com” or ask users to comment a keyword like “info” to move the convo to Messenger. Still testing what works best.

I noticed that too — looks like Facebook quietly rolled out that change. Links in ad comments are now greyed out and not clickable, which definitely kills a lot of the organic traffic and conversion strategies we used to rely on. It’s hitting hard, especially for those of us who used the comment section to drive warm traffic.
Not sure if it’s a bug or a permanent move, but I hope they reverse it or at least give us some workaround.

Yes, it’s a policy change. Facebook now greys out domains in ad comments to cut spam. Many marketers see fewer clicks. You can ask people to DM you for the link or include it in your ad copy.

Yeah, it’s been happening for a while now. Facebook seems to be cracking down on links in comments, especially domains. Might need to use redirects or try non-clickable formats like spacing out the URL. Definitely affecting a lot of promo strategies lately.

Last week was also incapable to comment and follow

Clickable links may stop working due to policy violations, posting in the wrong format, or platform updates. Try using full URLs, avoid flagged words, and check if the post type supports links.

Same here bro clickable links just stopped working
so what is solution?

Domain.com is not working
Domain.com/...... is not working

so whatever you try to turn it does not work.

What only works here seems like its Groups of facebook.

Facebook seems to have disabled clickable domains in ad comments - they now appear greyed out and can't be clicked. This has definitely impacted my results and income recently as well.

This problem has been going on for a long time. It seems like facebook is tightening up on links in comments, especially domain names.

It might that have been blocked

Yes, Facebook has recently limited clickable domains in ad comments. Many report the same issue. It's likely part of their effort to reduce spam and redirect tactics. Consider using branded short links or drive engagement to inbox instead.

You should check your domain name settings again, actually advertising on facebook is difficult right now.

Yes, Facebook has recently limited or disabled clickable domains in ad comment sections, making links appear gray and unclickable—many users have reported this, and it's likely an anti-spam update that’s affecting CTR and income.

I’ve noticed the same recently. Facebook seems to be limiting link visibility heavily, especially in ad comments. Might be part of a broader push to reduce off-platform redirection.

Yeah, noticed that too. FB seems to be cracking down on links in ad comments probably to fight spam or cloaking. It’s hitting CTR and conversions hard. Might need to push users to DM or use short branded redirects.
