what happend to the " clickable "links ???

Yes, Facebook is tightening rules on links in ad comments—time to explore alternative engagement strategies

Yes, noticed the same. Facebook has been limiting link visibility in ad comment sections recently - likely to reduce spam or external redirects. Might need to adapt strategies using native engagement or indirect CTA methods.

Many people have witnessed that, do it to avoid spam and control access sources, protect users

Yes, Facebook recently disabled clickable domain links in ad comment sections. This change has badly affected conversions for many, since links in comments are no longer clickable

Not sure if you guys saw this.
But seems like Facebook totally shut down the option to Comment on Facebook Ads comment section with DOMAINS. the domains get gray and not clickable anymore...?
Anyone else with same issue? This has reduced my income alot lately...
Hi Delontekoq ,

As it seems it is true that Facebook has recently implemented a policy change that causes domains shared in ad comment sections to appear as gray, non-clickable text. This measure aims to reduce spam and control the sharing of links in comments, even for legitimate, long-standing accounts. To work around this, consider sharing links in the main post content, using formats like “domainnamedotcom,” or redirecting to services like Bit.ly

yes i just realized that not long ago it reduces engagement because people cant click on the link they are curious about

It seems that FB is turning off or testing the feature to turn off comments on ads with domain names, which is why the comment section is grayed out and unable to interact.

That’s right, Facebook has restricted the insertion of clickable domains in the comment section of ads to reduce spam and abuse. I also see this clearly affecting the conversion rate. Now we have to optimize other calls-to-action or direct users to the inbox more.

Yes, same issue here. Seems like Facebook started filtering out domain links in ad comments recently. Might be part of a wider crackdown to reduce clickbait or spam behavior.

yes this is the latest way FB operates. there will be more changes in the near future

Facebook is set to announce a major change: blurring and disabling links in ad comments. This is causing major regulatory headaches for advertisers, as organic traffic from comments plummets. To address this, advertisers need to adapt by encouraging users to message directly for the link or embedding the link directly into the ad copy (e.g., the description or call-to-action button). Alternatively, directing users to the link in the bio or profile is also an option. This change requires advertisers to quickly adjust their strategies to maintain the effectiveness of their ad campaigns.

We are having this issue, perhaps fb has changed the algorithm. Facebook has now blurred the domain name in the ad comment section to reduce spam

Facebook regularly updates its policies and may have limited the ability to comment on ads for a domain. This may happen if your domain has been reported or has a history of violations. Make sure all of your content complies with Facebook's advertising policies. Review your ads and comments to make sure nothing is in violation.

so what is solution?

Domain.com is not working
Domain.com/...... is not working

so whatever you try to turn it does not work.

What only works here seems like its Groups of facebook.
I think u need to make ads on your links and get leads:)

I saw it too, This is the new update from Meta.Bro you can tell customers to contact you to get the link

This is a new change to how the platform handles links in comments, especially those with direct links. The automatic disabling of hyperlinks may be aimed at curbing spam and abuse, but it also has a big impact on those who rely on comment engagement to drive traffic. Recent tests have shown that only links that are formatted specifically or from trusted sources remain clickable. If this continues, consider shifting to a different format of lead generation content instead of direct links.
