if you are outside the usa but selling properties in some ways in the usa, kindly share...just needs to know where to start from with regards to the us market

Grow weed in a state where it's allowed.

In the USA, one cannot represent buyers or sellers in a Real Estate transaction without the proper licensing.

It is super easy to get as you have to take a 40 hour course and then sit for an exam.

Found the best way to handle it is just act as a referee to agents or agencies which reduces the pay significantly

Yeah I know several people who just have the license for tax purposes only.

I have a friend that's doing that isn't the license like 60,000$ but he has a shop and gets the weed from warehouse . He's killing it but that's not my niche lol
