Once we've met the conditions listed in the Terms section and made the payment, can we definitely open a sale? What is the approval process? I couldn't find a link, but I'd like to read about it if there is one.

Hey, welcome! To open a sales thread, you need to be Jr. VIP first that means your account must be at least 2 months old, have 100+ posts, and then you can pay for Jr. VIP membership. After that, you still need to get your sales thread approved by a mod.

Thank you. Is it a rule violation if I actively post messages to fill up the message count during this process? Will posting messages on many topics help me fulfill the requirement, or will it be considered spam and result in a penalty?

If they are spammy, they will get a warning.

If they add value they will not.
