I have this spam filter for more than month and i've completed stop spam following or any of these activities, it's just weird it still didn't get removed

You should avoid following a large number of people all at once. Instead, try to follow around 10-15 people per day, especially if the account is new. Additionally, the time intervals between follows for different accounts should also be spaced out.

Yeh i've done this i minimized the amount of people following but still doesn't get fixed

You can stop following for a period up to 1week, just don't do anything forced. Maybe watch reels and stories.

Also, there is another hard - core method to disable (not delete) your account for up to 72h. I got good results in the past with that alone.
