Some important mentions:

1. You need the US VPN.
2. it does work even if you have email name/name in card mismatch, which I do not know for how long it will persist.

I do not know. I did it with my EU card which has my real name, different to the one in the email I registered with.

I tried doing paypal, but don’t remember why it did not work.

Also cashapp requires social security number, which you don’t want to go to.
