Hey BHW community,

After testing dozens of setups, I wanted to share a working method to create solid Bing Ads accounts in 2025. No selling here—just real tips for those who like to build and scale their own systems.

This method focuses on long-lasting, verified accounts with clean history. Here's the general breakdown:

✅ Step-by-Step Process

1. Use an Aged, Clean Domain
Avoid freshly registered domains. Choose a domain with history, especially one used previously for business or service-related content. Something like a local repair shop, a small SaaS, or digital service provider works great.

2. Set Up a Legit-Looking Website
Use basic service pages (Home, About, Services, Contact) and some content to back the domain. Even a simple WordPress theme is fine. Add legal pages like TOS and Privacy Policy.

3. Create a Professional Email Address
Don't use free emails. Set up a pro email with the domain (e.g., [email protected]). This builds trust during business verification and communication with Microsoft.

4. Add Realistic Business Info
You’ll need a real business name, address, and phone. If you're in EU/US/CA/UK, you can use a real business registration or just simulate one with consistency across all touchpoints.

5. Connect a Bank Account for Billing
Use a clean bank account—avoid virtual cards at first. A real bank account helps the account stick and boosts your trust score.

6. Verify the Business with Microsoft
Submit your info and documents to complete business verification. This improves account reputation massively and reduces the chance of being flagged later.

7. Run Safe Campaigns First
Start by running completely white-hat ads—services, local business, legit affiliate offers. Warm up the account for 5–10 days.

8. Swap Domain Later (Optional)
Once the account has billing history and ad activity, you can gradually test other domains—yes, even the grey or dark-side offers (with cloaking, if you're doing that). But never start with them directly.

Use basic service pages (Home, About, Services, Contact) and some content to back the domain. Even a simple WordPress theme is fine. Add legal pages like TOS and Privacy Policy.
The key success factor is the credibility of the domain (is the page complete and professional with content and privacy policy)

Next is the budget setting, so to speak unless it is a big business spending on Bing, small business or BH, budgets over 1000 per day are constantly monitored.

Then next is the advert setting time, early quarter and late quarter are strict times. The pass rate for placing adverts at this time is not high.

If it is a search advert, this is a much more difficult thing to learn to watch the IPs, you are able to see at which times the Microsoft Audit IPs are coming into your account to check. If the IP is mostly Hong Kong, India, Singapore. Then you less make changes to your account.

If it is the United States IP into your account check, congratulations, you are one step closer to success!

In my opinion, starting with an aged domain and a simple, real‑looking website builds trust fast. Using a pro email and consistent business info helps pass Microsoft’s checks.

Solid guide no fluff exactly how it should be done in 2025. Warm with clean traffic build trust then scale or swap when ready. Most skip steps and wonder why they get banned in 24h.

Just do it right
