How do you deal with links that don’t index?

Even clean, relevant backlinks sometimes sit unindexed for weeks. I usually wait a bit, then nudge them with tier 2s or resubmit the page with internal linking. Curious what others are doing to get links indexed these days without overdoing it.

I don't do this much now because I have better ways to do it. But you could use a small Scrapebox blast of already indexed pages. That should work.

IMO...usually if the link does not index it was worthless in the first place. Also ...not showing up in google search console does not mean it's not indexed...all it means is Google does not want to show it as indexed.

The traffic suggestions are good though. Drive some Chromium traffic to them.

I really just let them be, long as I trust the quality of the linking site, I don't bother much because they eventually get indexed

Blog comments, spam forum comments on spam forum topics, and guestbooks are a waste of time (already indexed). This method is dead for indexing. It was a method I was using in 2013 and it worked great back then. It stopped working consistently in 2016(ish), and now doesn’t work at all.

If it’s a contextual tier 1 link and you have access to post again on the domain, post again with an internal link to the page then submit the new page to an indexing service like speedy indexer or linkdexing on the new page. That’s how I like to do it. You could just submit the page with your backlink directly to the indexer.

Following that method: If you can’t post again then make one t2 link and submit to an indexer. Do that until it’s indexed.

Social shares alone can get it indexed but this isn’t totally reliable. Reddit is hot right now. Sharing links to Reddit is advisable. X also.

G isn’t indexing like it used to. And it makes sense because they are offering other products that have ai built in. They need to conserve resources for the ai products. G is also a lot better at detecting obvious spam that isn’t relevant to the query intent.

You can try Link Indexing service from Marketplace for fast Indexing, even some sellers are offering Trial credits too.

I don't know if submitting those sites to search engine submissions is a good idea or not. Someone correct me please.

What is a “search engine submission?” Where do you submit web pages you don’t own to search engines?

Thanks for the Input ,do you use any specific tool or just simulate natural signals with that?

Spammy methods are completely dead for indexing. I phased those out a while ago too

some links just sit there untouched for way too long, even if everything’s clean.
Lately, I’ve had the best luck doing a combo of internal linking + sitemap pings. Like, I’ll link to the page from a few active internal pages and resubmit the sitemap, not just the URL. Feels less forced somehow.
Also noticed pages index faster if they actually get a visit or two. Sharing the linking page in a niche subreddit or Discord (quietly) sometimes speeds things up.
