I used to make these long, cinematic intros like cool transitions, fancy text, the whole deal. And guess what? 95% of viewers scrolled away in the first 3 seconds. Then I tried this stupid simple trick: start with a FAIL.
Example:
Old intro: "Hey guys! Today I’ll show you how to..." (BORING)
New intro: "This is how NOT to use SMM services" (immediately shows me getting an error message)
So, my retention jumped from 5% to 35% in a week.
Your first frame needs to trigger curiosity or emotion. No one cares about your intro- hook them FAST.
