Hey guys! I started a OnlyFans Agency about 60 ish days ago. I have 2 models who are willing to work and they are gorgeous.

Looking to use this forum and grow myself and my skills as well as help people soon once I learn! My goal is financial freedom to support my family.


Currently we are :

1. Posting on 3 Instagram accounts daily (Reels usually)
2. Posting 3-4 times on reddit daily (NSFW posts in large groups)
3. Posting 2 times per day on twitter + comment baiting 4-6 comments daily.
4. Posting 4 times a day on threads.

Results: Our models are making about 2k A month each. After employee costs we are not making much at all.

I feel we are missing something and I cannot put my finger on it. Obviously each of those social media's requires alot more detail and we are mainly focusing on Instagram!

I would love some guidance or direction on where I can get knowledge on how to grow quickly/effectively on Instagram.

Willing to put in the work just need guidance.

Hello! Why didn't you try to promote the models to tiktok? You can find a lot of leads there. Beautiful girls have a very large audience in Tiktok, make sure they are not dressed vulgarly for Tiktok

i’d pick one traffic channel (Instagram sounds like your best bet) and go deep, not wide — dial in profile look, bio, reel strategy, daily engagement, story polls, the whole thing
also — $2k/model means you’re close to product-market fit, but how’s your DMs?
real money’s in chat — make sure you’ve got a proper funnel, warm-up, and daily pushing going on
even the hottest girls won’t scale if the DMs are cold or lazy

I would say your content is shit

if you have 2 gorgeous models and they only make 2k each it is 100% the content quality

and that is 100% your responsibility as agency owner

If you’re focusing on Instagram, I’d suggest learning more about growth funnels, storytelling-style Reels, and DM systems that convert attention into paid fans. Also, optimize your profile bio + link setup, that alone can improve click-throughs.
