Those IPTV websites won't be accepted by 99% payment gateways, just stealth accounts like Stripe, PayPal, temporary solutions but it is what it is...apart from that, accept crypto payments with Cryptomus, Nowpayments, etc. High-risk payment gateways usually don't accept IPTV as far as I know.

Sorry what do you mean by stealth accounts ?

Cloaking: Showing different content to different visitors.Real users see the actual site, while reviewers or bots (from platforms like PayPal or Stripe) see a “clean” version. Usually done to bypass rules. You can get cloaked setups from IronGatePays.
