Multiple Questions from Setting up a website to choosing a payment gateway

• Buy 2 domain names one will be IPTV other website for cloacking (It will be consulting Website)
• Buy 1 domain name and integrate with SendOwl

Which one guys you think is better?

-Stripe (I will setup LTD company + VPS in UK) OR just use Static proxy ?

have you tried snappycheckout ?
i don't recommend sendowl it's just a temporary solution then you will get you account banned (paypal)

I would reccomend you StreamQ (you can find them easily on internet) they are providing HQ services and their customer support is excellent.

Try Alnair IT. The admin is quite helpful, and they have multiple payment gateways options to accept IPTV payments. They've developed an External API to complete orders automatically, which is really good.

For copyrighted stuff the best payment option is usually having an intermediary whitehat website that handles the payment gateway so that your payment account can only see the whitehat website
