Hi Guys,

I need urgent help with a serious Meta issue. I run a licensed HR consultancy in Dubai, helping job seekers from India and other Asian countries find legal jobs in Europe. We were active on Facebook, Instagram — all under one Meta Business Account. I’m was also Meta Certified but when they suspended the company page i was it anymore.

First, Meta suspended my Facebook business page without warning (because of that i could not make any Ads). A few days later, they also suspended my connected Instagram, and shortly after, our WhatsApp number was blocked (same i log it in Meta). I had already opened a support case after the FB suspension, but before getting any response, everything was taken down — without explanation or violation notice.

Just before the full block, I had a viral video on Instagram (300K+ views in 24h i get over 1500 leads on Whatsapp Business and of course many people who wrote IG direct. It was too much for my customer support so we didnt respond to everybody). It wasn’t removed, but after 2 days, all accounts were suddenly shut down.

I’ve done nothing illegal — no scams etc. I have full company trade licenses etc.

Does anyone had that kind of experience ? Should i now start new FB account with company account and also IG separated ? Have somebody some knowledge how too avoid in the future that kind of problems ? I had over 14k Followers on IG and also my leads always came organic so i am just looking how to get it back or how make Ads again so the the business is rolling.

I it would be nice if someone can share his ideas or even help out $$$.

If Meta wipes all your linked assets out of nowhere, it usually means their system flagged your whole setup as risky, even if you weren’t doing anything shady. A huge traffic spike (like 300k views + 1500 WA leads in a day) can trip their filters, especially if you didn’t have proper support or backend structure in place.

Don’t rush into a new account right away, that can get flagged too. You’ll need a clean business setup: new domain, new BM, verified payment, and make sure your FB/IG/WA aren’t all tied too closely together.

Take it slow. Meanwhile, keep submitting that support ticket daily, Meta’s slow, but if you’re consistent, it sometimes breaks through.

I’ve seen cases like this where people had to start fresh with new business accounts, but it’s also worth trying to escalate your support ticket through Meta Business Support chat (if you can still access it). Maybe try reaching out through a different Meta Certified contact too, if you know anyone. Starting over could work short-term, but for long-term, it’s risky unless you figure out what triggered it. Hope you get it sorted soon!

Sorry to hear this. Facebook and Instagram being suspended suddenly is a serious issue, especially if you use it for business.

I have no access to Meta anymore because of IG they suspend it also that means i have no option. The account was already like 5 Months old and i posted like 50 videos and a lot of them had like 50,70,90k views on IG. I appealed on IG i still wait for answer. So i should i wait for the appeal when its declined i need to open new fb, new company page also new IG etc. But i need leads because i have employees and we make money out of it. Is it now possible to buy an Ad account or something like that to make Ads on Meta ? Without leads its really hard and the business is not profitable. Every of my video that i will post always rockets the views and get crazy leads organicly.

I’ve handled this for several clients, and it usually comes down to everything being too interconnected under one Business Manager. To avoid issues like this in the future, it’s important to separate assets—use different Business Managers, domains, and payment methods wherever possible. Also, avoid linking the same domain, phone number, or email across multiple accounts, as Meta tends to flag those quickly.

If your appeal is still pending, I’d recommend continuing to follow up with support while also preparing a backup setup in case things don’t go your way.

If you’ve a budget and want to move quickly, feel free to open a thread in the HAF or WTB section. I’d be happy to help.

Yeah I get how tough that is, especially when your content’s performing well and Meta suddenly shuts it all down without warning. If your IG appeal is still open, don’t give up on it yet. Sometimes they reply late, even after weeks, so it’s worth checking in regularly through the Help Center.

Now if you have to get leads coming in again soon, some people do use clean ad accounts or rent agency accounts short-term. But that only works if the setup is totally fresh: new IP, new browser, new BM, new domain, new payment. If anything connects back to your old system, it’ll probably get flagged again.

You clearly know how to build content that converts, just make sure your new setup looks nothing like the old one. That’s your best shot at staying live without running into the same issue again.

You mean new website domain ?

You mean new website domain ?
Yes, ideally a new website domain that’s never been linked to your old BM or ad activity. If the previous domain was used in ads, Meta may associate it with the old account structure.

A clean domain helps avoid any connection. Even better if it’s hosted on fresh infrastructure with new meta tags and no shared pixels.

Sorry to hear...
It's good to have a next course of action, but right now it's a waiting game for their support team's reply.
HAF is a better fit for this sort of thing, btw. Although it's a bit hard to rely on 3rd party recovery services but if you're only looking for advice that doesn't involve need-to-know info about your account, I suppose it's fine. Wondering right now what might have caused the suspensions in the first place (got some speculation though). I know Meta's been real aggressive flagging accounts lately but damn.
If you'd rather not just sit around, you could start working on a fresh BM and generally set something up you can fallback to.

When I ran ads, the Call to Action was only linked to WhatsApp, not to my website (domain). While the domain was mentioned on the company’s Facebook page, it wasn’t directly connected to the ads themselves — so I believe it’s not an issue.

Now, I’m planning to create a clean Facebook and company page strictly for customer communication, with no ads at all on it. I’ll also create a separate page just for running ads. Is it ok or also it can cause problems ?

I don’t want to change the domain because my company is already known and trusted. People have already started their process with us, and changing the domain now could cause confusion or make them lose confidence.

What are your speculations about that ? I am just interested

Yes, that’s a smart move. If your old domain wasn’t directly linked inside the ads (no links in the creatives or landing paths), then it’s less risky. Creating a clean FB page just for communication, with zero ad activity, is totally fine.

And setting up a separate ad page (with new BM, IP, etc.) gives you more control without risking your main brand. You don’t have to drop your main domain, just keep it isolated from the ad side. As long as you avoid shared pixels, tracking, or login overlaps, Meta will treat the ad setup as new.

That’s the cleanest way to keep trust with clients and still scale safely.

Is the connected whatsapp account was business or personal?

Have experienced bans if we make lot of replies from whatsapp number try review request by providing business docs

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds frustrating. Have you tried reaching out to Meta's support team again? Maybe they can provide some insight or help resolve the issue. In the meantime, starting a new FB account and IG separately might be a good idea to avoid future problems. Best of luck!

It sounds like you're going through a tough situation. I recommend reaching out to Meta support again and explaining your situation in detail. Also, consider diversifying your social media presence to avoid having all your eggs in one basket. Good luck with getting your accounts back up and running.

meta support is no use. i think you should get yourself an account on anti detect browsers like adspower or dolphin anty and make sure that all accounts are separated and not linked by domain or number etc. so that each of them will only be banned on their own. sometimes what you look like you are doing is more important than what you are actually doing. think of this like reputation and image management for a person. the impression is very important, sometimes more than the deal
