You tube + Google results

For my keyword, My video is in top 5 youtube results, but when I type the keyword in you Google, the video is not showing in google search results.

What else I can do to make it appear in google search results??

ranking is not the same in YouTube and Google, YouTube is specifically made for videos (but also channels and playlists), Google is mainly for internet pages but also for what YouTube does. I think it's harder to rank higher in Google than in YouTube.

If you were in the top 2 for the keyword maybe it would appear in Google in the first pages. If yours is in the top 5, chances are your video is out ranked by other internet sites or other videos.

I am in the top 2 Results, but the video is not on my website but has a ref feral link in description.

right, just do the usual stuff, the standard procedure to ping url in google search etc..

what do you mean by that?

probably ping the video so it gets indexed faster - for instance for pinging : http://pingler.com/
