What parameters should I look at, and on what areas should I work to improve my lifestyle? Please suggest something to me, as I am clueless! :(

Give up your habits and focus on activities that you feel comfortable doing.

Less sleep and focus on your work!

Are you happy, active?
Are you in the shape you'd like to be?

Close the forum page and go mow the lawn :)

If there were a life coach around here, they’d probably suggest making a life balance wheel.

Start sleep, diet, exercise, and mindset. Track your habits, set small goals, and build consistency. Even tiny improvements in these areas can transform your lifestyle over time.

Change any habits you think are bad, stop thinking negatively, it may be difficult at first but nothing is impossible just be patient and have rules

Sleep more and at a regular hours.
Exercise regularly.
Stop eating sugar
Not just any sugar, though. The key is to avoid processed sugars. Avoid* If it is not able to be afforded (because eating clean can be more expensive in some countries), then the best thing we can do is cut it down or choose an alternative wherever feasible. Can't argue with sleep and exercise, though!

Consistency really helps with productivitiy if you are already knee-deep in your career, you are so right. Moving and travelling a lot for work can even have its own routine to it. Just depends on what it is you do and what it has you doing.

I would say getting your daily vitamin intake is pretty important. Ensure that you are not deficient or otherwise lacking in other nutrients. Be well-nourished?
