am i allowed to pay marketplace sellers/junior vip to post sales threads for me? like to get customers for my services. or can they only sell their own services

Not that surprising, as when you resell a service or product, you do not have full control over it, which is precisely why reselling is not permitted here (you need to be the source of what you offer). What happens if you resell an SEO service fulfilled by Tom, and he dips with the money and never builds the links? Now - you have to refund and are out the money - or you end up in the Dispute Resolution section with a banned account or tarnished record.

Is not a good reason to use someone else BHW account to post your sale thread because if the person is not honest with you he will redirect peoples to his communication channel and collect the money so you will be in a hole....

Many smm panels are advertised here i think. And most of them resell. That's why I was more surprised not really what you are talking about.
Well then you could report him and he'd lose more money than he made. But i since it's not allowed anyway, I won't be doing that.
Also what if i buy the role for myself, I work for finding clients for my partner, so would it not be allowed for me to make post about this?

Unfortunately, there are no other options to market on the forum but when you see that there are a crazy number of sales threads, it is a sign that paying is worth it,
