Does redirecting email address work with pay pal ?

I already have the email limit on my pay pal account can I redirect email accounts to my pay pal email accounts ?

Well I am doing surveys from a site that are paying from $.50 - $1.00 and some pay up to $2.00 with bonuses, right now I am making about $40.00 a day with the 8 accounts so I want to make more the surveys are fast and pretty easy, but there are some that try to get you to buy so I stay away from them !!
