I had bought the ebook, took actions based on what was written. Out of 20 - 18 posts/sites were not even indexed on google (still aren't). 2 were indexed and were not even in the top 100.

The information is great, but if indexation ratio is so low - this will never work. I had asked the OP for the "Premium indexers" they were talking about - been more than 2 weeks and I never got an answer till now.
