Just wanted to share a quick story from my early days.
Back when I started testing online offers, I spent 5 straight months building landing pages, trying cold outreach, rewriting copy, and learning ads… and I made exactly $0.
Not even a lead. Not even a nibble.
What kept me going? Honestly — I just didn’t want to quit without seeing something through.
Then one day, I made a change so small I almost didn’t think it would matter:
I rewrote the subject line of a cold email based on something I saw in a thread here on BHW.
Next day: 2 replies.
The day after: 1 client closed.
It wasn’t life-changing money — but it proved I wasn’t completely crazy.
That one response gave me fuel for the next 6 months.
Lesson?
Sometimes it’s not about building something massive. It’s about not giving up one tweak too early.
If you're in the middle of the “no results” phase — don’t underestimate small changes.
