BHW I saw that many people are offering many different services, now can I buy the services from them and resell them under my own brand? For example, backlinks, social media followers, various digital tools.

Sure you can do that but what protection can you offer your clients when you have no control over the results?

Thanks for your honest feedback!
Yes, I understand that’s a big risk—if the provider messes up, it reflects badly on my brand and I have limited control over the outcome.
I was thinking of starting small, testing a few providers myself before offering anything to clients.
Do you have any tips on how to pick reliable sellers or what kind of guarantees I should try to get from them?
Also, is there any way to minimize the risk for my clients if I go this route?

Yes, definitely doable. I’ve done it with SEO packages and social signals. Just make sure you test the providers first and be upfront with your clients on TAT, because delays can kill your rep fast.

Thanks for sharing your experience!
Testing providers first sounds like solid advice. How many orders do you usually place before you trust a provider for client work?
And about TAT do you mention a buffer time to your clients, or just give the exact TAT the provider gives you?
Would love to hear any other tips you have for someone just starting out with reselling.

For me, trust is built after 3 test orders across different types of task not just repeating the same thing. It shows how well they handle variation. Regarding TAT, I pad it by 1–2 days depending on how reliable the provider is. That way I have room if something goes sideways.Tip for new resellers: underpromise, overdeliver. And track every delivery date in a sheet , helps you spot patterns and avoid surprises later.

Yeah, its a good idea infact many sellers offer resellers a good discount, you can visit marketplace and find a good service which fits in your skills

Resellers are responsible for a lot of my business. Some of them just pass on the order and take their markup profit, others will add some value of their own for the client. The main things when reselling is to be good at sales, treat your customers well, actually know something about what you're reselling, and be prepared to refund when needed.

You’ve made some really good points—especially about the importance of actually knowing what you’re reselling and being ready to handle refunds.
As someone who’s just starting out, do you have any tips on how to add value as a reseller, or how to handle situations where the original provider messes up?
Also, how do you usually keep your clients happy if there’s a delay or issue from the backend provider?

Appreciate your insights!

Thanks for the suggestion!
I’ve noticed some sellers do offer special discounts for resellers, which is really helpful for building a margin. Do you have any tips on how to approach sellers for the best reseller deals, or how to stand out as a new reseller in the marketplace?
Also, is there any particular service or niche you think is best for someone just starting out?

Buy white-label services like backlinks or followers, add your own guides and support.

Thank you so much for your advice!
White-label services with my own guides and support, this makes a lot of sense and gives me a clear direction to start.
Really appreciate your guidance, as always.

Data enrichment - add some additional data to reports that may be useful to the client.

Apologies, free extra work, discount, quick refund if requested. Standard good salesmanship.

Visit the marketplace and read the sales threads, many sellers offer discounts for resellers in their sales threads
