I have a list of over 60,000 valid email addresses belonging to buyers of GPL WordPress plugins and themes. Any tips on how to monetize this list?

I’ve got a smaller list around 15k in a similar niche and saw better ROI by creating a micro-community around GPL stuff private group + email funnel. Open rates sucked until I offered something they couldn’t Google in 2 secs. What your current open rate.
