Hello,
I’m unable to log in using the link sent to my Gmail account. When I click the link, it simply redirects me back to the login page without signing me in.
someone have the same problem?

The Support/Help & Community pages all go to a 404 page, they don't exist.

The OP is probably have problems logging in because the site doesn't handle login cookies/sessions consistently/correctly; the site logs you in/out randomly as you click around the site.

Support has never responded to any of my emails or chat messages.

And this is after they automatically renewed my subscription (a known issue) without my permission, and then didn't automatically refund everyone affected (which of course they should have).

Yeah bro, had that issue before. It usually happens if the session expires or cookies get blocked. Try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode , that fixed it for me.

Yeah - so many issues with the site overall. Looks different every time I visit it. 404 pages, random error messages.

Now I get this error when I try to login.

Different browsers, different devices.

Still no replies to any of my emails or messages requesting a refund for the automatic renewals.

No reply from Deleted member 752298 on this thread either.
