As a 55% payment and After paying the Vat Tax and Yellow sign (some times) charges:
Here the details:

401k views= 1347$ as a 55%.
Yellow sign charges = 100$
Total Vat+ Tax [3 kinds of Vat tax available. US Tax Holding 1,2,3] cut from worldwide views= 500$
So you can say here the earnings are: 1347$ + 100$ + 500$= 1947$

So How much youtube cut from here as a 45%.
1947$ x 45 / 55= 1593$

So the total revenue is: 3540$

The total views are showing 401k
I bought 100k Views from social media panel which does not generate any kinds of revenue.
So the total revenue is : 401k - 100k = 301k

Now how much I am getting pay for every 1000 views?
Total revenue ($) / Total views (k)

3540$ / 301k = 11.76$

That means I am getting pay 12$ for every 1000 views.
