Abuse of Staff
“Get a life” wasn’t some personal attack or out-of-line insult. It was a friendly advice to someone wasting their time (and everyone else’s) ranting because they couldn’t figure out how to hack YouTube in a few days after spending a couple of bucks. Then they turn around and flood the forum demanding a refund after burning through resources. If anything, that level of entitlement is what’s really inappropriate.Perhaps you could conduct yourself professionally should you get another dispute thread against you.
You acted inappropriately here, and your report saying a staff member was out of line was out of line.
I'm sorry you are in a predicament there. Your actions are well past what is acceptable in the BHW society.
That aside, I’ve already acknowledged the situation and offered a reasonable apology in the beginning of the thread that the responsible team couldn't check this because of force majour event. I also mentioned that our team would follow up. What I got in return by your moderator was this:
“In what way are they affected? Have they been called up by the IDF or something?”
That comment, later edited by your moderator, was incredibly dismissive and, frankly, out of line. Just to be clear - I’m not going to disclose where our staff live, their ethnicity, or personal circumstances just to resolve a petty argument on a forum.
What’s frustrating is how this entire situation was mishandled by your so called administrator -whose idea of conflict resolution seemed to be something like let me just "press the red button"- on a $25 dispute with a partner that’s been working with you for over four years. That kind of treatment isn’t just disappointing, it’s unprofessional.
Thanks,
