I am looking for advice to help my plastic surgery concierge website rank well in google search for local phrases like [city] + [procedure]. Any recomendations to help me speed this up?

Focus on local SEO by optimizing your GMB profile, building local citations, and using city + procedure keywords in titles and content. Also, add real client reviews and location-based schema markup.

Use location based keywords in headings and descriptions, Also add patient testimonials, in between images

Focus on strong local SEO: optimize GMB, build local backlinks, use city-based keywords, and get niche citations. It will help grow faster.

To speed up your local rankings for “[city] + plastic surgery” type searches, focus on geo-relevant backlinks, organic traffic injection (Google search > click > natural dwell), and NAP consistency across listings. Local SEO spam tactics like GMB stacking or CTR manipulation can work if done with proper isolation (mobile IPs, separate fingerprints). In highly competitive niches like this, mobile proxy-based behavioral signals can significantly accelerate trust and visibility.

You can try expired domains with niche-relevant backlinks and 301 them to inner pages. Also, local stacking (Google Sites, AWS) works well for city + procedure keywords. Combine with map embeds and local citations to see faster results.

Any tips on how to find expired domains with relevant backlinks? Are there tools or marketplaces for these types of things?

parasite SEO works well. Drop optimized articles on high authority sites (like Medium, LinkedIn, etc) with exact match anchors back to your site. Also try CTR manipulation to push those local pages. GMB spam still works if you do it right (fake listings with solid reviews and NAP consistency). Stack some expired Web 2.0s, get niche edits from health related blogs and hit them with tier 2 links.

Be careful tho cause Google cracks down hard in YMYL niches if you go too aggressive.

Optimize GMB with NAP details and location. Add local map citations. Get real/fake user testimonials in multiple local social media groups to send positive signals. These things should push you ahead of most of the competition.

For local SEO, make sure each city + procedure has its own optimized page with unique content. Use proper title tags, meta descriptions, and include real testimonials if possible. Also, set up a Google Business Profile and get reviews — it helps a lot. Don’t forget to build some local backlinks and list your site in relevant local directories. Consistency and good content really speed things up! Real reviews and backlink is good but if you have hurry , you may buy them from BHW - there are a lot of sellers.

Certainly! For each city + procedure combination, concentrate on creating location-specific service sites with distinct, comprehensive material, such as "Rhinoplasty in Miami." Include local schema markup, Google Maps embeds, and have your listing in local directories. Attempt to obtain local backlinks from blogs, news websites, and chambers of commerce. Regular GMB updates combined with that will help you get traction more quickly.

Fully claim and verify your GBP. Ensure your name, address, and phone number (NAP) are consistent with your website and other business information. GBP optimization directly impacts the Google Local Pack, which drives high-intent traffic. Reviews and posts demonstrate relevance and credibility. Build dedicated pages for each procedure and city/community you serve. Location-specific pages align with Google’s preference for hyperlocal content, which improves rankings for “[city] + [procedure]” queries. Use tools like Mangools KWFinder, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to identify high-volume, low-competition, long-tail keywords. Targeting low-competition keywords will allow you to rank faster while building authority for more competitive terms. List your business on high-authority local directories and plastic surgery-specific platforms. Citations and backlinks demonstrate local relevance and authority, which improves your ranking in Google’s local algorithm. Actively manage and solicit reviews on Google, Yelp, and RealSelf. Reviews are a key ranking factor for local SEO and build trust with potential patients, which can increase click-through rates.

Focus on local SEO—optimize your GMB profile and get listed in local directories. Also, build location-specific landing pages for each procedure.

I think most local SEO tactics are the same.

You need to serve your previous client very well. Good reviews with service details, cosistant update of the business, citations from high authority sites + local citations/ event mentions, Optimized quality content etc.
