Sorry mate, got neither. I do have Content Locker Pro which works perfectly for your need but it is no longer maintained and I'm not sure if the Google API would still work.

I googled but exact plugin page itself not found,what locks this plugin have
 
How get the licences for this ? For Astra Pro and Starter Templates ?

We do not provide licenses. The plugins we provide work out of the box without the need for license keys.

This plugin is from MyThemeShop, the page no longer exists. It has most social media and youtube locks. Try it, see if it works for you.
