how much Can I earn if traffic is from tier 3 countries if I hit 100k visit per month and on 500k visit per month case .
First af all, as someone already said, I'd change network. Choose ExoClick which cmp rates are much higher (also, I guess you want to give priority to user experience, but some addictional ad zones won't hurt, such as the video slider from exoclick or the native ads which perfectly blend with your site)
Let's try to make an estimate:
Suppose the visit stucks at just one page for visit.
2 banner per page x 100k visits = 200.000 impressions
with a rate of 0,04 CPM for impressions, it's about 8$
So with 500k visits, about 40$
But we are taking about the worst case scenario when an user just visit one page.
in page push and popunder are too complicated to estimate, because they vary both in CPM and in "trigger" success.
for example, I work both with exoclick and juicyads popunders
exoclick has higher rate (1,70 CPM) but there are a lot less impression than juicyads, which rate is lower (1,10 CPM)
So it really depends.
BTW focus on site quality as you already doing: money comes eventually testing the right ad network for your traffic
EDIT: exoclick also have USDT payouts as you asked, and definitely best rate among all ad networks
