Thank you for your timeYou can’t do tiered or link wheel structures in Scrapebox, as it’s mainly for scraping stuff and blasting comments. However, you can easily do it with GSA SER or RankerX. There are a few more tools out there, but those are the leading ones.
That being said, tiered link building is one of the safest, most affordable, and fastest ways to dominate Google and it's stable as well. There are a lot of guides available on BHW and in the GSA community. Check out everything, including the older guides.

Furthermore, when we solve recaptcha v2/v3 we use a different proxy than the one we are registering and/or submitting with. Same with hcaptcha. We have access to millions of proxies for solving captcha. There is no footprint there. Not necessary to use expensive mobile proxies. See reproxy.network

My note was more about patterns that trigger upstream detection (DNS, ASN, repeat headers), especially when activity scales or overlaps across platforms. Not every setup needs mobile proxies, but for users running cross-platform or behavioral campaigns, they still solve a lot of friction.
