looking for suggestion for setting up an online phamacy

My friends and I are based in SouthEast Asia at the moment and are looking to start an online pharmacy business which we already have a dropshippers and some database , Our main target market will be the US and some European countries. The problem is we will be a new business with no prior record of trading, we did not set up a company or virtual company yet. I wondering if any company provide us a merchant account? do we need to set up a company or virtual company? any comany who ae trustworthy and can set up a virtual company for us? I also have questions about offshore banking, do we need offshore banking and which country is the best for our situation? ( we concern about privacy as well) im sorry for asking this kind of questions, im totally new about this things all I have now is some idea and information and database that my friend help me out. i wish someone could help to answer my question.

you could do liqpay, then guaranteed no chargebacks.

to get around liqpay withdraw limits, use a russian exchanger like Trainex who will exchange liqpay for LR or WMZ or PM to get bank wires out.

LiqPay guarantees no chargebacks, because everybody who pays through it is confirmed 'verified' through an sms sent to their phone while they are checking out. They enter the codes and supposedly that means no chargebacks according to their site. LiqPay will also phone the card holder if anything is weird, and ask them to confirm some information.

As a merchant I would definitely be address verified first before using liqpay, as they will lock accounts for 180days if a lot of fake cards are used for payment. Address verification only took 5 days to a 'virtual office' i rented.

LR, WMZ and PM are digital e-currency. WMZ is the best currency because you can directly wire out money from it, whereas LR you need an exchanger. Pretty much every epharma drop shipper i've ever come across only uses WMZ for payments

if this guy has $1-2k to spare, he can register an offshore company in Belize/Seychelles or somewhere with Latvia/Cyprus merchant accounts but even then most banks require proof of revenue and minimum monthly sales amounts before you get one. Maybe start with GSPAY then when rollin' get your own merchant account.

Doesn't GSPAY also offer your own merchant acccount (I'm confused).
I thougth both Liqpay and GSPAY offer merchant accounts, just a little bit different (the bit with SMS verification).

found this, no idea how legit these merchant accounts are but they will apparently process anything:

if i ran an epharmacy i'd ask an exchanger to take payments for me. they will make a site like xmgold.net/yourepharma and allow customers to directly deposit funds by CC, bank wire, LR/WMZ, Ukash ect.
