Those pdf files are uploaded via the WP plugin Formidable Forms. Search through the police.wustl.edu subdomain and look for forms that offer a file upload facility. Use the upload facility to upload your pdf file, and keep Chrome devtools open on the network tab to see the request going through - this should give you enough info to work out what the output path of the pdf will be,

Free parasites isn’t dead,but it has evolved significantly.Platforms like Reddit and Quora remain effective in 2025,provided you deliver genuine value and avoid spammy tactics,google’s site reputation abuse updates have hit hard,quickly burying low quality or manipulative content.I’ve seen good results with Substack and LinkedIn Pulse recently - they’re less saturated and still index well.Success now hinges on subtlety,high quality content, and diversifying across multiple platforms to minimize risks and stay effective

Keep an evey in serp results everyday.

Top clickbank product + review/reviews
Example search:
Mitolyn review
Find out if top 10/20 results are parasites, then find out if it's free or paid.
Then try to post on it.
The three you mentioned they are time wasters just forget bout them.

you will have to get good with scraping and analyzing serps in competitive niches. Any keyword that has commercial intent. You’ll find what you’re looking for but you have to employ the domains that fulfill the query intent. You can’t just spam “high domain authority websites.” Your efforts will be in vain. Page level authority is not working anymore in most circumstances.

There are reputable high-traffic sites that charge a 4 digit fee to make a post about X product you are willing to promote.
Their pages are indexed immediately, and you enjoy their traffic and sales instantly.

Free parasites still have potential, but it’s definitely gotten harder. Reddit seems to hold strong, but most other platforms either crack down fast or don’t index well. Paid parasite slots usually stick longer because they’re more controlled but free options can still work if you're strategic and patient.
