When a Business Manager gets nuked right after adding a payment method, it usually means Facebook is detecting multiple trust violations at once: reused card across accounts, mismatched IP (especially datacenter or flagged subnets), fresh BM with no activity, or browser fingerprint anomalies. To avoid this, the safest route is to run through a stable mobile proxy (real ASN, not datacenter), use a clean browser fingerprint, and add a card that hasn’t recently been linked to other BMs. That combo greatly increases your trust score.

It could well be one or more factors causing tripping up the risk filters and causing your account to get flagged and disabled. Reusing cards from other accounts is already one factor that could affect that. That said, there's also the fact that it can trigger from having a fresh BM with no prior history but that's just on the face of it. Card BIN issues is another. Of course you have the classic IP and device/browser fingerprint mismatch. One or a combination of those could do it so even if you use a clean card (because the card is defo one major factor), you could still get flagged via the other ways so look out for those.

Maybe your card has a low credit score. Unusual payment so FB has locked it for checking. You can appeal to reopen it.

New BM is not trust with FB, they usually get ban like this. appointing more admins can even lead to bans. Let's wait until the situation stabilizes, we have no other choice
