Promote CPA offers to people and give them an incentive, but the offers are not incentive themselves and pay quite well, since you'll be getting almost 100% CR, lower it down by sending junk NOT targeted traffic!

Doesn't work anymore, you'll get banned pretty fast if you do this, just an advice

flip some sites. Make an autoblog, or buy one from somebody here. Usually $5 to $20 plus cost of domain. Join 5-6 free autosurf programs. The junk traffic is free with all unique ip's. It won't get you any clicks, but you can flip the sites for $100-$150 to some sucker especially if you give him a valid traffic report and decent alexa rank. You'll get a few thousand unique hits per day. Scale it up.

Let's start with recommending cheap, reliable, and user friendly sources of junk traffic. If I can get a few good sources posted, I'll share two simple methods I've used to make money with junk traffic.

Two simple methods:

1:
Anyway, alot of CPA Networks will occasionally have Paid-to-click or "PTC" offers where you'll get .03 - .05 a click. You can IFrame the PTC URL and blast it with cheap traffic. It's basic Arbitrage 101... you're getting .03 a click for something you probably paid an average of .005 a click for.

2:
When you don't have access to PTC opportunities you can use CPM Adverts such as Adbrite, or even Linkbee's URL Redirection service which pays on a PTC basis. Iframe or embed as necessary. With Linkbee, I think you can get $3 - $5 CPM for US traffic, and you'll spend about $5 or so.

In my opinion these methods aren't Gold mines or anything to really spend lots of time on, but if you're blasting a site with cheap traffic for domain flipping, or Alexa increasing, or to decrease your CTR it's a chance to make a little of the investment back... which is something that should never be overlooked. If secret #1 of wealth is to "earn more for doing less" then secret #2 is "spend less to get more."

If you're planning on flipping the site, it also gives some handy "verified earnings" to report.

You could actually use junk traffic to get real visitors by signing up for popular blog top lists and outranking everyone else. By doing so you will get curious people checking out your site and, if you have a legitime blog with lots of comments, some of them will begin linking to you and make comments, hopping to get some of the visitors to their own blog.

By doing so you will get curious people checking out your site and, if you have a legitime blog with lots of comments, some of them will begin linking to you and make comments, hopping to get some of the visitors to their own blog.

I like this idea, although I'm not sure what a blog top list is. I have a legit blog with interesting posts, just need to increase awareness for it.

Basically it's a web2.0 top site. The more traffic you get, the more popular you are perceived to be, therefore you are ranked higher and become more visible within the network.
