Why is BHW sending Login Codes? Hacked?

Hi,

several times now i had the Problem that out of nowhere I got an email with the Login Verification Code. I checked the IP and its actually my own IP but I didnt try to login into my Account. How is this possible?
Had this the second time now, last week also. Both times my own IP and just a random Code from BHW.

If the code is being sent at a time you are not trying to login to your account, then I would contact support so they can look into it for you. I have to input the code they send me via email once per month to access my account, this very well may be the case for you too.

This started happening recently, as each report I make now sends me an email stating a support ticket was created, but it will resolve on its own once it is handled by staff.

No, I know that I have to relog every month but I am actually still logged in and I didn‘t request a new Code.

It's a security measure. At every 30 days I got something similar. You don't have to worry about it, OP.

You will still get a security code sent once a month to log in, but you are 100% right, everyone would be well served using the 2FA process here.

Yes, at least this is how I get at every 30 days.

No. Unless you try to login . it won't automatically send.

After a month when you login from a device that was logged in, A login code window will open and an email will be sent to you.

As this is a case unique to you please raise a support ticket with as much information as possible including this thread - the email you're receiving and the related headers (not just screenshots please) and we can look into this further.

We were testing this, but it didn't work as expected. Don't worry; you shouldn't receive a ticket for opening a suggestions and feedback thread in the future.
