Email in Spam/Promotion

I have opted in emails from my customers and I am sending them welcome emails but those emails landing on either spam or promotion box. I have newly setup business email and using zoho mail service. Now planning to shift to spacemail. Is this issue due to spam server of ZOHO? Should I change them. I am not even mentioning any word such as BUY NOW, ADD TO CART so, there's no way to get my newly setup email or campaign to land on promotion.

If you don’t warm up your SMTPs before doing sendout’s you’ll land in spam. Be careful not to overdo it from the get-go because your domain will get flagged.

Start off with sending a couple mails, get a few responses, and take it from there while gradually increasing volume.

I have not my own SMTP server configured I have an custom business email ready and I am sending email from it. For example [email protected]. I have this newly created email and I am using this email to send email campaign from Mailerlite

Yes, The records are properly authenticated SPF and DKIM

If you got optin emails then you should be using an ESP such as mailchimp or convertkit. They got good IP reputation and you shouldn't be having these issues.

Use your own email addresses and send an email to yourself and see where it lands, you could also try to view the email source and paste the IP in an IP lookup service to check the reputation.
