My experience using this service:
Ok, i received the report in under 12hours after confirming article and anchor text via email. There was a misunderstanding with regards to anchor text at the time. At first, he sent confirmed list of 12097. I checked several posts and noticed there was some errors with regards to anchor text missing etc. Sent email and he reconfirmed report as showing 11897

Then some more errors and received another updated list at 11451 posts. It is still more than 10 000 posts which may compensate some posts that get deleted. Bear in mind that 20-30% posts will be deleted after one month (usually 70-80% of published posts stick even after 1 month (quote from email)

Expect many posts to be deleted in a few hours for some forums and most of posts usually get deleted within 1-7 days (quote from email).

Also, you may find some anchor text missing as xrumer is not 100% perfect. Regarding forum quality, some are good and others are not. The bad ones are just test forums and chinese/foreign language. I cannot show examples as i don't have many posts on here yet.

But overall, he does answer your questions fairly quickly (depending on the time of day) and i had quite a few or many questions actually as this is the first time i am using this xrumer service. I am seeing some traffic coming from some of these forums and should expect an increase in backlinks over the next several weeks. At present, i am fairly satisfied with the service and will wait and see the increase in traffic/backlinks aswell.
At the end of the day, regardless if some forums are good/bad or there are errors with xrumer report, if it improves your seo, then that is all that counts.

a) exist after 2 weeks?
b) are do-follow?
c) are on pages with less than 100 outbound links?

a) Usually 70-80% of links stick even after 2-4 weeks if post is not deleted within this time it will stay usually as long as forum is online.
b) Almost all forum links are do-follow
C) I can't answer this, I have no system to check how many outbound links have for each forum.

Update:

Within 24 hours of ordering this service, my anchor text for the keyword went from position 7 on first page to position 3 on first page. For those that don't know: Top 3 positions on the 1st page of Google get 90% of the traffic.

Another one of my keywords went from position 10 (first page) to position 7 (first page), and my 3rd keyword went from position 5 (first page) to position 4 (first page).

Remember this was after only 24 hours! Google has not even indexed 90% of the links!
