Hi,
I have tried different solutions in terms of fixing our trustpilot reviews, even gone as far as trying to make fake emails, but with this plus a vpn trustpilot quickly got the test review removed.

I have no idea exactly how, as we have over 1k unverified reviews, comming from customers but not giving out correct name, email or an order number and they stay just fine.

My question is what can we do in our case to get some reviews on the site that are unverified but will still pass the test from Trustpilot so it does not break their terms.

Let me know how we can approach this situation so we end up staying over the 4,3 threshold and keeping the green stars.

You will have to ensure you have unique fingerprint for each review. Unique MAC, device name, device configuration etc with quality proxies. There are various tools and emulators that can be used.

Additionally don't get into doing reviews yourself if you have a business to run. Leave it to an expert(hire an ORM agency and focus on running your business).

Makes sense, but is there anyway that trustpilot can be suspicious if all of a sudden we have a huge boost in our customer flow or number or reviews all of a sudden comming in?

Seems like they already are paying quite the attention our way, and i wont really wisk losing our reviews or our deal with them since i dont know of any other company that does it quite like them.

I think they would be suspicious if you suddenly got a lot of reviews that didn't pass their fake review checker. But if they look natural to trustpilot you should be ok.

Personally I don’t use VPN for Trustpilot. I go with residential proxies (I get mine from Simplynode) and run everything through an antidetect browser Hidemyacc.
Before leaving a review, I usually warm up the account a bit, scroll around, check some business pages, maybe like a few reviews or mark something helpful. Just basic stuff to make it look like a normal user. For email, I rent hourly ones that can still receive verification codes. pretty cheap and does the job.
At least for now, this setup still works fine for me. hope that helps.

Can you give me an example of which tools I can use to achieve the above. Unfortunately, i don't have the budget to hire somebody to do it, so need to learn myself. I'm being targeted by one angry customer at the moment, who is getting his friends and family to post daily negative reviews, and Trustpilot are refusing to do anything about it. So I think I need to learn how to do it myself for now.

@Reapzr if you go to the Marketplace here on BHW, in the Misc section you'll find people who can do this work for you. I understand that you are tight on budget but it could end up costing a lot more to do it all on your own (cost of tools needed and not to mention the time spent). Doesn't hurt to at least ask for their pricing in Marketplace.

If you still want to proceed on your own, the key is to use residential proxies (read up on the difference vs VPN) paired with an anti-detect browser. VPNs are often detected by the bigger platforms. Make sure to use unique IPs for each account that you set up in the anti-detect browser (don't change IPs for a given account too frequently), ensure that the proxies are clean, and do not reuse browser fingerprints across the accounts that you create in the anti-detect browser.

I just did exactly what I mentioned above. When Trustpilot removes your review, do they send you an email? Have you checked if your proxy is clean? And what about the review content itself? There’s no special pre-config or anything. Just make sure you generate some cookies before hitting Trustpilot, visit some sites, log into your email, whatever. Long story short, I’m using Hidemyacc and it’s been working fine. That’s pretty much all I can share

For this, you have to start slow, like initially 1-3 per day and then ramp it up to 10-15, no more... You can't post 100 reviews just in one day
